Fees. Minimum booking is a 2 hour session. If sessions overrun they will be charged by the half hour at the hourly rate. All fees are exclusive of VAT and are not subject to the addition of VAT. Clients located outside a 15 miles radius of the registered address may be required to pay an additional charge. 

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of full payment and a signed copy of the company's disclaimer. A copy of this disclaimer can be obtained by emailing blooming_expectations@yahoo.co.uk Blooming Expectations Ltd holds public liability insurance to protect its clients, for further details please enquire.

Cancellations made with more than 14 days notice will receive a full refund. If more than 7 days notice is given a 50% refund or credit note can be provided. If less than 7 days notice is given the full charge will apply. The exception to this policy is a pregnancy related hospital admission and/or delivery of your baby. In these circumstances alternative services can be offered equal to the value of the booking at a later date. A full refund will be considered in extenuating circumstances.

In the unlikely event of Blooming Expectations cancelling a booking the team will endeavour to reschedule at a later date convenient to the client, or offer an alternative service to the same value.

Complaints Procedure. We aim to provide a high standard of service, if however you wish raise a formal complaint  please put this in writing and send it to the registered address. We will respond within 7 working days from receipt of your complaint.
